Galaxy Enails Warranty Information
Odyssey and Mini Enails / Electric MilkyWay Collector
Our Odyssey Mini Enails and Electric MilkyWay Collectors come with a Ninety (90) Day Warranty on all Electronics, and covers against all Manufacturers Defects. In the event that you have an “accident” and need repairs not covered under the Manufacturers Defect Warranty, those will be the responsibility of the customer and we work hard to ensure that we deliver all repairs at a fair cost. We want you to be happy for years to come with all our Galaxy products. In case of any Defect failures, customers are requested to contact Galaxy Enails directly and talk with our experienced customer service representatives to make the process as smooth as possible and get you back up and running as quickly as possible. At that time we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you receive the RMA, it will instruct you on how to ship it back to us for any necessary repairs.
If a Galaxy Product becomes defective within the first 60 days from purchase from our online store or shop network, we will pay the freight to our repair facilities and back to you (Maximum Charge of $50.00 – you will be invoiced for the difference and will need to be paid before we ship the unit back to you). If your product becomes defective after 60 days, you will be charged for all freight charges to and from Galaxy Enails location in Florida. Remember, if you have an accident and the product stops working – DO NOT attempt to repair it yourself. That will void your warranty and any repair costs and shipping costs will be your responsibility. All repair costs resulting from “Accidents” must be agreed upon and paid by the customer prior to the return of the repaired products. Our goal is to get you up and working as quickly as possible. Most repairs / warranty work gets returned within a day or two.

Warranty coverages for the MilkyWay Collector Torch / Electric Versions:
Galaxy does not warranty glass items. If you have received a damaged Glass Piece, you are required to contact Galaxy Enails immediately within 24 hours of receiving your shipment to obtain a replacement piece. Once you have contacted Galaxy Enails, we will require the same information as listed above for the Enails. It is important to know that we will work with you to ensure that we get you up and going again as quickly as possible.
** Warranty Items must be shipped back intact. Warranty is void if any items are deemed disassembled or tampered with.**
** Additionally, all shipping costs associated with any International Warranty Claims will be the responsibility of the customer both to and from our facilities.**
** Glass items are a separate item and any damaged units from shipment to customer must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery to receive replacement.**
Refunds:
Galaxy Enails does not offer refunds for used Product. If the customer has used the product and there are any issues associated with that product, the customer has the right to send it in for repair or replacement. If any damage is deemed not associated with a manufacturers defect, the customer can be held responsible for repairs and shipping costs.
If a customer wishes to return unused product, they will need to call and be issued a Return Authorization from Galaxy Enails. If the authorization is given, there will be a 20% restocking fee associated with the return. Shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
